This project was part of my final project in my Typography I course at San Diego State. I have included this because I wanted to show some advertisement/hand-outs that I have done. The gist of the project was that we had to create 36 unique layouts using the same exact copy everytime. We had to advertise an Alfred Stieglitz exhibition and a Georgia O'Keefe exhibition.
This particular advertisement was an attempt to play off of the geometric and compartamentilization that the photograph portrayed. Everything in this ad lines up on an axis and is very vertical and horizontal as in the photograph. The text is also broken up into small compartments, as are the windows/living quarters depicted in the photograph.
